This is a Sub Group of the Parent Council Core Group. It was formed in August 2007 and took over from the School Association.
The main objectives of the Association are:
a) To improve communications and relationships between school and
community, for the advantage of both.
b) To mobilise the goodwill and talent which exists amongst parents,
pupils
and friends in the enhancement of our educational provision.

Among other things the Association uses its funds to:
- support
the "Leavers Evening"
- provide extra equipment for use
with the school video camera
- provide refreshments for P7 parents
- support school excursions
- purchase equipment for school shows
- support S6 committees
- enhance pupil social areas
New Members
We would always welcome any new parents who would be interested
in helping the Association in its various activities. If you would
like to assist in any way, please contact one of the Office Bearers
or any member of the Committee - or come to the AGM which is held
at the end of the summer term.
